Earth Day Extravaganza: Home

Find details about this year's Earth Day Extravaganza.

What is Earth Day Extravaganza?

A celebration of Earth Day, Arbor Day, and all things nature! Erie County Public Library hosts programs at our library locations and highlights  partner events at community locations.

Free Trees!

ReLEAF Trees

ReLEAF will distribute a selection of native trees at Blasco Library's main celebration on Saturday, April 26 from 10am to 2pm. Free while supplies last! Stop by their booth to learn about trees and get advice on the best tree for your yard.

Kids can get a FREE TREE when they reserve their seedling through Neighborhood Forest by Saturday, March 15. The trees will be delivered to Erie County Public Library and available for pickup during the Earth Day Extravaganza series.

Trees are offered completely free, 1 per child. When registering, Neighborhood Forest will provide patrons the option to purchase additional trees, make a donation, and purchase related materials-- none of these are required to receive your tree. Logo for non-profit "Neighborhood Forest"

Free Plants

ECPL is growing... vegetable, flower, and herb plants for our patrons! While supplies last, patrons can pick up a free plant to grow when they visit during the Earth Day Extravaganza week.
